How to Buy

Buying Online from Didier Levy is simple!

Just follow the instructions below.

Select your desired currency, check the rate, choose the quantity and click on “buy”.
The screen “My Portfolio” will be displayed. If you need to buy any more or change your order, please click on “Back to Shopping”. To proceed, choose whether your order will be collected from one of our stores or whether it will be delivered to your address.
If you choose to collect from the store, select one of our stores from the menu. After you select the store, the system will automatically calculate shipping. While the information “calculating” appears on the “shipping” field, you will not be able to proceed. (If you choose to collect from the store, there will be no shipping fee.)
If you choose delivery, select one of the cities available on the top menu and then select a district. After you select the district, the system will automatically calculate shipping. While the information “calculating” appears on the “shipping” field, you will not be able to proceed. (Note: If your city or district is not available, please contact us at: 0300-777-2397)..

Tip: by selecting VTM card purchase only, you can enter the zip code for delivery throughout Brazil via special delivery!
To proceed, click on the “Checkout” button at the bottom right corner of the page.
Now you will go to the identification stage. If you have already signed up, just enter your email address and password and click on “OK” to proceed. If this is your first access, you must enter your email and go to the sign up page by clicking on the “Continue” button.
The sign up page is divided into three (3) sections: “My Information”, “Shipping Details” and “Payment Method”. If you have not signed up yet, you must fill out the required fields (note: the counter-password field is mandatory when the purchase has a VTM card; the counter-password is alphanumeric and can have between 5 and 10 digits).
The “Shipping Details” section will show the address of the store you chose to collect your purchase from, or you will have to enter the shipping address (note: the shipping address must be in agreement with the city and district defined in the previous step).
In the “Payment Method” section, you can choose to: pay directly at the store in cash or make a deposit in checking account.
To proceed, click on “Checkout” at the bottom right corner.
The next screen is just for you to check the accuracy of the purchase details. Check the information and click on the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the page.
You will receive an email confirming your transaction.
